Castle Douglas Stewartry dog training club meets on Monday and Tuesday evenings.

We train our dogs in basic control exercises, retrieving and a little agility for fun! We also participate in the Kennel Club Good Citizen Awards, which have been designed particularly for the companion dog. Places are limited and booking is essential.

Castle Douglas The Club was formed in 1995 in order to paint together and from September to early May we meet weekly. During the summer months we occasionally meet but at different venues around the area.

The Club has one Exhibition each year, in Castle Douglas.

The Club occasionally enjoys a visiting tutor or demonstrator.

Castle Douglas This shore based course is designed to give a beginner sufficient knowledge to be able to navigate a small vessel during daylight in good conditions.
The course is very much-hands on, where you will be using charts and plotting instruments from day one.
