Yoga Tuesday mornings at 9.30am

My classes take a mindful approach to traditional hatha yoga, where we aim to step away from our normal mode of "automatic pilot" and instead focus on each breath, each sensation as it arises. Classes are suitable for all levels and you just need to bring yourself and some comfortable clothing. For more information contact me Su on 07745026880 or email-suthornton61@gmail.com Facebookcom/mindfulnessYogawithSu
